August 2024 Cape Cod Real Estate Market Update

July 2024 Market Stats for Barnstable County (Video)
New Listings were up 10.5 percent for single-family homes and 5.3 percent for condominium properties. Closed Sales increased 19.4 percent for single-family homes but decreased 3.8 percent for condominium properties.
The Median Sales Price was up 6.0 percent to $800,000 for single-family homes and 12.8 percent to $572,000 for condominium properties. Months Supply of Inventory increased 31.8 percent for single-family units and 70.0 percent for condominium units."
