September 2025 Market Stats for Barnstable County (Video)

New Listings were down 12.8 percent for single-family homes and 3.5 percent for condominium properties. Closed Sales were down 10.4 percent for single-family homes but increased 16.9 percent for condominium properties.

The Median Sales Price was up 5.3 percent to $779,000 for single-family homes and 8.0 percent to $545,250 for condominium properties. Months Supply of Inventory decreased 8.6 percent for single-family units but increased 26.5 percent for condominium units."
