October 2025 Market Stats for Barnstable County (Video)

New Listings were down 0.5 percent for single-family homes and were up 22.3 percent for condominium properties. Closed Sales increased 10.6 percent for single-family homes and 27.7 percent for condominium properties.

The Median Sales Price was down 4.3 percent to $775,000 for single-family homes and 3.8 percent to $500,000 for condominium properties. Months Supply of Inventory decreased 2.9 percent for single-family units but increased 16.2 percent for condominium units.
