January 2024 Market Stats for Barnstable County 

"New Listings were down 0.5 percent for single-family homes but were up 10.4 percent for condominium properties. Closed Sales increased 23.7 percent for single-family homes but decreased 19.5 percent for condominium properties.

The Median Sales Price was up 7.2 percent to $742,500 for single-family homes and 6.7 percent to $480,000 for condominium properties. Months Supply of Inventory decreased 9.5 percent for single-family units but increased 33.3 percent for condominium units."
