June 2024 Market Stats for Barnstable County (Video)

"New Listings were up 12.1 percent for single-family homes and 38.2 percent for condominium properties. Closed Sales decreased 5.4 percent for single-family homes but increased 11.6 percent for condominium properties.

The Median Sales Price was up 11.6 percent to $819,000 for single-family homes and 17.1 percent to $527,000 for condominium properties. Months Supply of Inventory increased 42.9 percent for single-family units and 40.9 percent for condominium units."
