July 2025 Market Stats for Barnstable County (Video)

"New Listings were down 3.9 percent for single-family homes but were up 7.4 percent for condominium properties. Closed Sales decreased 1.5 percent for single-family homes and 15.4 percent for condominium properties.

The Median Sales Price was down 2.4 percent to $802,500 for single-family homes and 8.8 percent to $482,000 for condominium properties. Months Supply of Inventory increased 9.4 percent for single-family units and 45.5 percent for condominium units."
