April 2024 Market Stats for Barnstable County (Video)

"New Listings were up 9.2 percent for single-family homes and 48.8 percent for condominium properties. Closed Sales decreased 10.7 percent for single-family homes and 13.6 percent for condominium properties.

The Median Sales Price was up 0.4 percent to $797,912 for single-family homes but was down 6.3 percent to $480,000 for condominium properties. Months Supply of Inventory increased 20.0 percent for single-family units and 70.8 percent for condominium units."
